The National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) is Australia’s national accreditation authority for quality assurance, inspection and texting services, and the largest accreditation system in the world.

Nata accreditation provides a means of determining, recognizing and promoting the competence of facilities to perform specific types of testing, inspection and calibration. Nata accreditation benefits testing and inspection facilities by allowing them to determine whether they are performing their work correctly and to appropriate standards  and provides offices with a benchmark for maintaining that competence.
